2024 Tax Bills

tax

As of today 7/26, we have not yet received the 2024 tax rate. Without the tax rate, we are unable to bill for the remainder of 2024. Once we receive the rate, we will be able to send tax bills.

We are aware that the third quarter taxes are due on August 1st . Normally there is a ten-day grace period; however, due to the delay in being able to send bills, the grace period will be extended to allow adequate time for residents to pay. Once we are able to mail bills, we will provide an updated grace period due date to our residents.
