Town Wide Garage Sale- September 21st

The annual town-wide garage sale will be on Saturday, September 21st from 8am-6pm. We will be posting a map here of participating homes on Thursday, September 19th.

You must obtain a one day garage sale permit however the fee is waived.

You can register online here or in person at Town Hall.

Registration is open until Friday, September 20th. However, we cannot guarentee that registrations receievd after Wednesday, September 18th will be on the map of participants.

You must be a Wharton resident to register.

No alternate date is scheduled -- the event will be cancelled if heavy rains or thunderstorms are predicted.

Borough of Wharton

Wharton is a community of approximately 6,500 residents in the highlands of Morris County. Wharton is located between Routes 15, 46 and 80, stretching south from the main entrance of Picatinny Arsenal, a major army research and development center, to Route 46 abounded on the west by Roxbury Township and the east by Dover and Rockaway Township. The Borough is approximately 2.2 square miles.
