Wharton Pride Clean Community Day- Clean Up, Town-Wide Garage Sale, Shredding


Wharton Pride Clean Community Day is Saturday, June 4th. Volunteers are needed to help with the clean up. Volunteers will meet at the DPW Garage located at 180 W. Central Ave. at 8am- Noon.

As a part of Wharton Pride Clean Community Day the Borough is having a Town-Wide Garage Sale. Free one day garage sale permits will be issued for Saturday, June 4th. You can sign up at Town Hall or here.  A map of participating homes will be posted on our website.

The annual shredding event for Wharton residents only is going to be on Saturday, June 11th from 8am-Noon at the DPW Garage

Wharton is a community of approximately 6,500 residents in the highlands of Morris County. Wharton is located between Routes 15, 46 and 80, stretching south from the main entrance of Picatinny Arsenal, a major army research and development center, to Route 46 abounded on the west by Roxbury Township and the east by Dover and Rockaway Township. The Borough is approximately 2.2 square miles.
